About Katie

With 25 years behind the chair, Katie has dedicated her career to elevating the craft of hairdressing. She spent 18 years with Toni & Guy, serving as both Regional Director of Education and Creative Director, leading teams, shaping curriculum, and training countless stylists across the industry.

She later brought that expertise into salon ownership for 5 years, building a culture centered around growth, artistry, and client experience.

Today, Katie combines her technical mastery with her passion for education — helping both new and seasoned stylists build strong foundations that unlock creativity behind the chair.

When she isn't teaching or creating behind the chair, you'll likely find her flying airplanes or adventuring with her wildly amazing 4-year-old son.
