Important information for students and clients of The Kirby Method

Enrollment and Program Information

By enrolling in Kirby Method ("the School"), you acknowledge that you have reviewed all program requirements, costs, and policies. The School reserves the right to modify curriculum, schedules, and policies as needed to maintain educational standards and comply with state regulations.

Educational Nature

All services provided at the School are performed by students under the supervision of licensed instructors for educational purposes. While students receive thorough training, services may take longer and results may vary compared to those provided by experienced professionals.

Client Services

Clients receiving services from students do so voluntarily and acknowledge:

  • Services are performed by students in training
  • Results may differ from professional salon services
  • The School is not liable for dissatisfaction with services, though reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns
  • Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services

Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly and complete all required hours
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance standards
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Provide their own required kits and supplies as specified
  • Follow all school policies and procedures

Financial Obligations

Students are responsible for all tuition and fees as outlined in their enrollment agreement. Refund policies, if applicable, are governed by state regulations and the School's published policies.

Licensure and Employment

Completion of the program does not guarantee:

  • Passage of state licensing examinations
  • State licensure approval
  • Employment after graduation

Students are responsible for meeting all state requirements for licensure.

Health and Safety

The School maintains sanitation and safety standards in accordance with state regulations. Students and clients must comply with all health and safety protocols. The School is not liable for injuries or reactions that occur despite following proper procedures, except in cases of negligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School's liability is limited to the amount of tuition paid. The School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Photography and Media Release

The School may photograph or video record educational activities for promotional or educational purposes. Individuals who do not wish to be photographed should notify the School in writing.

Changes and Updates

The School reserves the right to update this agreement. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
